Ben has been working in the healthcare recruitment industry since he left education and says; ‘he immediately felt at home working with healthcare professionals’. Ben started his career recruiting Audiologists for the public and private sector before moving onto positions in management and eventually overseeing a diverse range of healthcare staffing businesses including; AHP/HSS, Non-Medical Non-Clinical, Nursing, Mental Health, Primary Care, Medical Locums, Medical Services, International, Managed Services. Ben takes pride in delivering service excellence and is one of the Founders of Staff Partners Healthcare.
