Are you looking for a new role on a permanent basis?

Do you have previous customer service skills.

We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Clifton who require a patient care coordinator on a permanent full time basis.

Duties include (but not limited to)

  • · Taking inbound calls from patients
  • · Booking Appointments
  • · Post
  • · Scanning of documents
  • · Updating patient details onto the database

Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
